4/5 Stars K. Welsh says: ok, this is a really great and cute learning toy, but the age recommendation says 3-7yr old. It is wayyyyy more appropiate for the 18 mo. to 3yr old. most 4 yr olds already know the alphabet and letter sounds, and a 7 yr old would definitely find it boring and babyish!
5/5 Stars NinaZoozoo says: I got this for my 2 year old son because my 5 year old daughter has a Barbie laptop (that I begrudgingly admit has some educational value to it) and my 2 year old is always stealing it from her. So I researched which one to get for him and thought this was cute and simple enough for a 2 yr old. He loves it! He loves the phonic game where the letter sound is used, and can recognize all the letters now, and knows their sounds, too. I like it because it doesn't have that many annoying songs and sound effects and it keeps my son busy. The only thing I would change is that there would be more use of lower case letters. My 5 year old eagerly trades her Barbie laptop for this one for a change of pace and she has fun with it, too. Very happy with it!
5/5 Stars Tisha Green-rinker says: I bought this product for my niece and now for my daughter. It taught my niece how to identify her letters. My daughter is 18 months and she just likes to play with it now. She is pretty rough and it has stood the test of a toddler.
3/5 Stars Ann R says: We got this for our son for Christmas. While we like everything else about it, the mouse is very difficult to maneuver even for me while playing the games. That is my only complaint. I probably would have bought a different one for that reason because the games that require the mouse he really hasn't been able to play.
5/5 Stars Sea Shell says: I love this toy. Its all I wanted and more. I got this toy for my son who is 2 1/2 years for christmas. He enjoys playing with it, he love the phonics and its very educational. Its worth the money.
